Bluegrass - History and Development - Questionnaire
Introduction - why this questionnaire?
This questionnaire will be sent to as many bluegrass musicians as possible as well as to other persons, important to the European Bluegrass community, like organisers, journalists etc.
The aim is to gather as much information on the history and development of bluegrass music and the Bluegrass music scene in all the European Countries and eventually write a book on the subject. The name of everybody that sends us the completed questionnaire and any other information will be mentioned in the book (unless you advise us not to do so). If you know of any persons that could help us with more information, please let us know so we can send them a questionnaire as well.
The questionnaire is written for the English language, but is also available in the Czech, French, German, Spanish and Russian language.
You answer maybe as long and detailed as you wish to. Any additional information is very welcome and all information will be handled strictly confidential and the printed text will be anonymous. Photographs are also very welcome and will be returned to the original owner as soon as possible. Those that contribute will be able to purchase the finished book for a the wholesale price. Also by returning this questionnaire you could win a bluegrass music CD.
Remember: all questions relate to bluegrass music in your country!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETION
Answer as many questions as fully as possible however if you don't have an answer simply write 'don't know'. To give more details please set the letters and numbers and respective answers down on a separate sheet of paper if required.
