This group around the top notch manolin player and master builder (he has a waiting list of 4 years for his mandolins!) Eduard Kristufek was founded in 1989. They have played many international stages and Eduard won the first prize in the yearly mandolin contest on the famous Telluride bluegrass festival in Colorado/ USA in 1993 and again he was chosen the best player on his instrument in 1996 during the Rocky Grass festival in Colorado/USA. They played the EWOB 1999 and Eduard was a member of Fifty Fingers during EWOB 1998. Eduards brother Pavel is one of the first Czech builders of bluegrass banjo's, while their dobro player builds wonderful dobro's, guitars and mandolins.
